User responsibility
The user/customer agrees and undertakes to use the services, information and data of the online store as defined by the law and based on the rules of good faith and commercial ethics.

The user of the website is responsible for any damage caused to the website beauty-mirror.gr due to the bad or unfair use of the website and the services offered through it. In the event that the beauty-mirror.gr website becomes involved in any legal battle or is asked to pay any kind of compensation due to the violation of the user’s obligations provided for in these terms, the user will have to compensate beauty-mirror.gr for that reason.

The data you give to the beauty-mirror.gr online store is under no circumstances disclosed to third parties and is not used for any other purposes, beyond the completion of the purchase of the products you want, unless this is imposed by a Public Authority.
Product returns
You have the right to return the products you buy, or to request their exchange with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional price if you wish, within ten days of receiving the product. We will only accept the return of products and their replacement due to problematic packaging, damaged product or in case of damage due to transport after sending an update and a photo to the email:infο@beauty-mirror.gr
In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. unsealed or tampered with packaging, together with the retail receipt. For the return of the products, an e-mail must be sent to info@beaty-mirror.gr or a telephone call.

Cost of transportation:
- 3.50€ (+VAT) for orders weighing up to 2 kg and for each additional kg the charge is +1.10€ (+VAT)
- For orders over €40, shipping is free
